Vice-President of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) who was elected for a second term from Tanahun Constituency-1, Dr. Swarnim Wagle has been appointed as the Finance Minister. <\/p>\n<p>Rabi Lamichhane, president of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP), had said that Wagle would be made the finance minister before the election. Locals of Tanahun Constituency No. 1 are elated that the lawmaker elected from their constituency has been appointed as the important responsibility of the country. <\/p>\n<p>He was elected for the first time in the by-election held on April 25, 2008 securing 34,911 votes.
