Kathmandu. Upkar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called for the AGM. The microfinance company has invited its shareholders to the seventh annual general meeting. <\/p>\n
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on April 26 has called the shareholders to the AGM on May 26. The event will begin at 11:00 am at Hotel Central Plaza at Kohalpur in Banke district. <\/p>\n
The AGM will authorize the Board of Directors to issue right shares for increasing the paid-up capital of the Association, to go for merger with other microfinance companies and to carry out necessary works related to this and to make necessary amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. <\/p>\n
Likewise, the meeting will endorse the annual and audit report, balance sheet, profit or loss account and cash flow of the last fiscal year, fix the remuneration of the auditor for the current fiscal year and approve the remaining term of the directors appointed by the board of directors. <\/p>\n
For the purpose of the AGM, the company has decided to close the book for one day on May 13. <\/p>\n
