Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has distributed stationery materials to students. As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank has provided stationery items to the students of Shree Bal Shiksha Niketan Basic School through its branch office, Waling. <\/p>\n
Mr. Shiva Kumar Dhakal, Head of Pokhara Region of the Bank handed over stationery, notebooks, pens and stationery materials to the students of Shree Bal Shiksha Niketan Basic School. Various types of educational materials were distributed to more than 100 students from Nursery to Grade 8 in the school. <\/p>\n
Speaking at the program, Chairman of School Management Committee Mr. Bimal Aryal expressed gratitude for the support and expressed his confidence that these types of stationery materials would be a great addition to the learning process of students. <\/p>\n
He expressed the belief that such programmes would boost the morale of the students studying in community schools as well as make positive impact in the education sector. Dhakal, head of Pokhara region of the bank, expressed confidence that this kind of support would make the studies of students easier. <\/p>\n
The program was attended by the bank’s staffers, SMC chairperson, school principals, teachers and students. In addition, the bank plans to continue such literacy programs in the coming days in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders. <\/p>\n
