Kathmandu. The World Bank has pledged to provide all possible support for the educational development of the country. World Bank Country Director for Nepal, David Sislane shared this during a meeting with Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel at the Ministry of Education. <\/p>\n
On the occasion, they discussed reforms in the education sector, expansion of physical infrastructure and technology-friendly education system. The World Bank is willing to invest and collaborate especially in schools and educational infrastructure. <\/p>\n
Discussions were also held on making the partnership more effective for long-term reforms and expanding access to quality education. <\/p>\n
Informing the government about the priorities, Minister Pokharel shared that development of educational infrastructure, strengthening foundation learning, digitization and technology expansion in education sector were the major agendas of the government. <\/p>\n
