It has been revealed that the land of <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\"> Chhayadevi <\/span> Complex <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\"> (Chhaya<\/span> <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Center)<\/span>} got a &#8216;clean chit&#8217; 5 years ago. <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Singhsarth<\/span> Bahu Garud Bhagwan Guthi has been revealed to have given a &#8216;clean chit&#8217; in 2077 BS stating that there was no dispute over the land where the Shadow Center was constructed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> Guthi had issued a letter on October 11, 2020 clarifying that there was no dispute over the land of Chhaya Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> Thus, on Chaitra 14, 1990, the land was constructed {<span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">TAG_CLOSE_span_18} in the name of Ambika Rana and <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Shankar<\/span> Prasad TAG_CLOSE_span_16 TAG_OPEN_span_16 Shah.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On 18th Magh 2 TAG_OPEN_span_15 047, it was decided to transfer the plots of land {{TAG_CLOSE_span_15<span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">} in the name of Rana and Shah. However, the Guthi Sansthan had taken another decision on Chaitra 14, 1990 revoking the decision. Rana had filed a writ petition at the Patan Appellate Court against this decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> In that case, the court upheld the earlier decision of the Guthi Sansthan and annulled the latest decision of the Sansthan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A separate case was filed at the Kathmandu District Court against the Guthiars <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Thakali<\/span> Rana against the appellate court&#8217;s decision.TAG_OPEN_span_13 During the hearing of the same case, the District Court had reached a settlement between the two parties on July 30, 2005. Since then, the Guthi had given a clean chit to the Chhayadevi TAG_CLOSE_span_12Complex on October 1 TAG_OPEN_span_12 2, 2017 stating that there was no dispute over the land.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
