It has been revealed that the land of <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Chhayadevi{<\/span> Complex <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">(Shadow<\/span> <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Center)<\/span>} has been given a &#8216;clean chit&#8217; 5 years ago. <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\"> Singhsarth<\/span> Bahu Garud Bhagwan Guthi has been revealed to have given a &#8216;clean chit&#8217; in 2077 BS stating that there was no dispute over the land where the Shadow Center was constructed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> Guthi had issued a letter on October 12, 2020 clarifying that there was no dispute over the land of the Chhaya Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> Thus, on Chaitra 14, 1990, the land was constructed <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">TAG_CLOSE_span_22} in the name of Ambika Rana and <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\"> Shankar<\/span> Prasad TAG_CLOSE_span_20 TAG_OPEN_span_20 Shah.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On 18th Magh 2047, it was decided to transfer the plots of land {{TAG_CLOSE_span_19<span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">} in the name of Rana and Shah.TAG_OPEN_span_19 However, the Guthi Sansthan had taken another decision on Chaitra 14, 1990 revoking the decision. Rana had filed a writ petition at the Patan Appellate Court against this decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Arial\"> In that case, the court upheld the earlier decision of the Guthi Sansthan and annulled the latest decision of the Sansthan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A separate case was filed at the Kathmandu District Court against the Guthiars <span class=\"npspell-typo\" data-cke-bogus=\"true\">Thakali<\/span> Rana against the Appellate Court&#8217;s decision.TAG_OPEN_span_17 During the hearing of the same case, the District Court had reached a settlement between the two parties on July 30, 2005.
