Kathmandu. Darchula: Shangrila Development Bank Limited has organized a free eye check-up and treatment camp in Darchula. As a part of the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the free eye camp was organized at District Hospital Khalanga on Friday and at Duhu Rural Municipality on June 14, 2083. <\/p>\n
As many as 387 people were provided eye check-up and consultation with specialist doctors in the eye camp at the District Hospital Khalanga and 324 at the camp at Duhu Rural Municipality. A team of ophthalmologists from Geta Eye Hospital, Dhangadhi provided services in the camp. <\/p>\n
The Shangri-La Development Bank will provide free surgery to the patients undergoing eye check-up at the camp. <\/p>\n
The camp was attended by the locals, people’s representatives and representatives of the concerned bodies. Currently, the bank has been providing its services through 109 branches and 30 ATMs across the country. <\/p>\n
