Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has distributed stationery and educational materials to schools. As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank distributed stationery and educational materials to Shree Baijanath Secondary School, located at Bedkot Municipality-8, Mahendranagar branch. <\/p>\n
The bank’s Mahendranagar branch chief Mr. Krishna Singh Bhat distributed stationery and educational materials to the students living under poverty line in the presence of Mr. Mahesh Dutta Joshi, Chairman of Ward No. 8 of the bank. <\/p>\n
Speaking on the occasion, Ward Chair Joshi expressed the belief that the financial support provided by the bank would help in teaching and learning activities as most of the students in the community schools are from weak and financial background. <\/p>\n
On the occasion, the bank’s Mahendranagar branch chief Bhat expressed happiness that the stationery and educational materials distributed to the school have been able to help in the development of the society. The program was attended by the bank’s staff, Ward Chairman of Bedkot 8, Principal of Shree Baijanath Secondary School, teachers and students. <\/p>\n
The bank will continue such literacy programs in the days to come in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders. <\/p>\n
