Kathmandu. Sanima Bank Limited has published its fourth quarter financial report for the fiscal year 2082\/83. The bank’s net profit increased by 38.01 percent in the fourth quarter. <\/p>\n
The bank made a profit of Rs 3.55 billion. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 2.57 billion in the previous fiscal year. The bank’s profit has increased due to improvement in interest income along with fee commission. <\/p>\n
In the last fiscal year, the bank earned Rs 6.99 billion. Such income was Rs 6.35 billion in the same period of the previous year. The bank has earned Rs 1.32 billion from net profit and commission. The bank’s operating profit stands at Rs 5.16 billion. <\/p>\n
The distributable profit of the bank stands at Rs 2.83 billion. Based on this, the dividend potential of the bank is 20.85 percent. The total deposit of the bank has increased from Rs 223 billion to Rs 249 billion. Similarly, the loan has increased from Rs 176 billion to Rs 195 billion. <\/p>\n
The non-performing assets (NPAs) of the bank have come down to 2.87 percent. The decline in bad loans means that the bank’s loan recovery has improved. <\/p>\n
