Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has started its nursing room and day-care service. Issuing a notice, the bank said that it has started the nursing room and day-care service at the central office, Darbamarmarg, prioritizing the comfort, respect and privacy of the female staff. <\/p>\n
The bank has established the Child Care Room and Day Care with the aim of providing a safe, comfortable, hygienic and confidential environment to the lactating female employees. <\/p>\n
The care room was inaugurated by Mahalaxmi Women Leadership and Development Forum Chairperson. <\/p>\n
The bank has been prioritizing inclusivity and gender equality. This initiative is a continuation of the Bank’s long-term commitment to promote motherhood, work-life balance and well-being by building an employee friendly, family-friendly and inclusive work culture. <\/p>\n
