Kathmandu. Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue 200 percent right shares. The company is going to present the proposal regarding the issue of right shares in the 7th annual general meeting called on September 12. <\/p>\n
The company will take the proposal to the AGM to issue 200 percent right shares after getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. The company plans to increase its paid-up capital through right issuance. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the company will also present a proposal to go for 88 mergers and acquisitions with other microfinance financial institutions in the AGM. A proposal will be tabled in the meeting to empower the Board of Directors to carry out all the necessary processes for merger or acquisition. <\/p>\n
The AGM has also proposed to elect two directors including one woman on behalf of the general shareholders. The meeting will decide on the proposal to approve the annual report and financial statement for the fiscal year 2081\/82, appoint the auditor for the upcoming fiscal year and determine his\/her remuneration. <\/p>\n
