The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order not to immediately appoint the CEO of Himalayan Life Insurance Company (LIC). KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a temporary interim<\/a>order not to immediately appoint the Chief Executive Officer (<a href=\"https:\/\/supremecourt.gov.np\/lic\/viewpdf.php?case_id=375301&amp;hearing_date=20830508\">CEO) of Himalayan Life Insurance. <\/p>\n<p>KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order to the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday regarding the tenure and tenure of Kapil Kumar Dahal, Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited. <\/p>\n<p>A single bench of Justice Tek Prasad Dhungana issued the order to the concerned parties, including the Nepal Insurance Authority, while responding to the writ petition filed by Dahal. The apex court has ordered Dahal to show reasons regarding his appointment, tenure and removal from the post. <\/p>\n<p>The court has issued an order in the name of the defendants and fixed the time for submission of written response. <\/p>\n<p>As per the court&#8217;s order, Dahal was appointed as the CEO of Himalayan Life Insurance Company on Kartik 13, 2082 BS.
