Machhapuchchhre Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced to pay dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the financial year 2082-83. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 6% dividend on the current paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>The bank has a bonus share of Rs 36,25,86,347 and a cash dividend of Rs 36,25,86,347. <\/p>\n<p><div class=\"inner-news-ads\"> The bank has also decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 7,<\/p>\n<section id=\"esn_ad-139\" class=\"post-page-ad-widget new-content-ad widget_esn_ad\">45,89,041 (including tax) to the preference shareholders for the current fiscal year. <\/section>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section id=\"esn_ad-38\" class=\"post-page-ad-widget widget_esn_ad\">\n<p><div class=\"esn-ainfo-widget \"> <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
