Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company has announced the dividend for the financial year 2082-83. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM has decided to distribute 10% dividend of Rs 13,23,58,53.75 to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The microfinance company has decided to issue bonus shares worth Rs 1,25,74,15.11 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 6,61,790.27 (up 0.5 per cent) for tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p><div class=\"inner-news-ads\"> The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).<\/p>\n<section id=\"esn_ad-139\" class=\"post-page-ad-widget new-content-ad widget_esn_ad\"><\/section>\n<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
