Kathmandu. The court has allowed the police to arrest Rabindra KC, the credit head of Laxmi Sunrise Bank. The court has allowed the police to investigate the case of cheating and criminal breach of trust. <\/p>\n

He has been accused of collusion in the case of approving the loan, not giving the loan but auctioning the collateral. <\/p>\n

He has also been suspended from the bank after a case of fraud and criminal breach of trust was filed against him. <\/p>\n
