Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority, Koshi Province Office has organized a greetings exchange program on the auspicious occasion of Bijaya Dashami, Happy Diwali, Chhath festival and Nepal Sambat 1147. <\/p>\n
On the occasion of the great festival of Nepalis Bijaya Dashami, Happy Deepawali, Chhath Festival and New Year, Nepal Sambat 1147, the participants exchanged warm greetings and wished for happiness, peace, prosperity, good health and continued progress. The program was attended by the provincial chiefs and representatives of the non-life and life insurance companies operating in Koshi Province. <\/p>\n
Addressing the program, Rajendra Maharjan, Province Chief of Nepal Insurance Authority, Koshi Province Office, expressed the belief that the festivals would further strengthen the spirit of mutual goodwill, brotherhood, unity and cooperation. He also stressed the need for continuous cooperation and coordination between the Insurance Authority, insurance companies and the concerned stakeholders for the development, expansion of the insurance sector and protection of the interests of the insured. He said that the insurance companies should move ahead through healthy competition, dispelling the misconceptions about the insurance sector in the present times. <\/p>\n
The provincial chiefs of life and non-life insurance companies participating in the program expressed their views on the expansion of insurance access, increasing insurance awareness and improving the quality of service in Koshi Province and expressed commitment to collaborate more effectively with the NEA in the coming days. The program further strengthened the mutual relations, coordination and cooperation among various organizations in the insurance sector and highlighted the cultural and social importance of the festivals. <\/p>\n
