Kathmandu. The 8th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has been concluded. The 8th Annual General Meeting of NIFRA was held on Friday, October 7, 2083 at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu in the enthusiastic presence of respected shareholders. <\/p>\n
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Mahesh Prasad Dahal, and was attended by the members of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Bandhu Prasad Bastola, Surendra Raj Regmi, Deepak Kumar Agrawal, Bishal Upreti, Dr. Manish Thapa and Anita Rayamajhi, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, and other shareholders and concerned officials. <\/p>\n
Mr. Mahesh Prasad Dahal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, briefed the shareholders about the achievements made by the bank during the review period, plans and targets for the current fiscal year and future strategy. <\/p>\n
The meeting unanimously approved all the proposals presented in the meeting including cash dividend of 5.2632 percent of the bank’s paid-up capital.
