Kathmandu. CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has conducted a two-day ‘Training on Effective Monitoring and Supervision’ for its employees. CYC Nepal Laghubitta, which has been providing financial services through 124 branches in all 77 districts of the country with its central office in Kaski, conducted a two-day training for its employees. <\/p>\n
The training, which was held on October 14 and 15 at the auditorium of Hotel Tika Resort, Lakeside, was attended by the cluster heads, department heads and 25 employees working in various departments of the organization. The organization hopes that the training, which will be conducted with the end of the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2083-84, will enhance the efficiency of the employees and further improve the overall program operation. The training was facilitated by microfinance expert and banker Tirtha Ratna Konajo. <\/p>\n
In the program, there was an in-depth discussion on the challenges seen in the loan recovery of the microfinance sector, its impact, the role to be played in the future for the expansion of relationships with the customers and the business protection of the members. On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Radheshyam Shrestha, presented the current financial position of the organization and the future strategic plan. He directed the participating employees to implement the knowledge and skills acquired in the training and achieve the organizational goals. <\/p>\n
Similarly, addressing the concluding session of the training, the Chairman of the organization, Gopal Kumar Sharma, urged the employees to develop their personal capacity and fulfill their responsibilities with full dedication. He encouraged all the employees to work in the field with high morale to further strengthen and strengthen the financial indicators of the organization. <\/p>\n
Baburam Kunwar, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the organization, stressed that the cluster and departmental heads should work with honesty and diligence for the effective implementation of the topics learned in the training. He pointed out that the main challenge of the present time is the management of the loan and recovery of the remaining interest. <\/p>\n
