Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank’s promoter shares are to be put up for sale. The bank is issuing more than 2.5 lakh units of shares.
A total of 2,58,183 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank will be auctioned from April 22.
Any interested person and organization can bid for the shares. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 140 per share.
Bids should be made at or above the minimum price while submitting bids. The interested bidders must apply for a minimum of 1,000 units of shares. You can apply for a maximum of all the shares.
The tender can be submitted till April 30. The bidders can submit their bids at Sanima Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
