Kathmandu. The district vice-president of the Nepali Congress has been arrested on the charge of banking{{TAG_CLOSE_span_11}. Nepali Congress Dolpa vice-president Purna Bahadur Shahi has been arrested on the charge of TAG_CLOSE_span_10 banking fraud.
Shahi was arrested from Tripurakot Bagar Bazaar of Tripurasundari Municipality, according to the District Police Office, Dolpa.TAG_OPEN_span_9
