Kathmandu. Campaign Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has put its promoter shares on sale. The microfinance company has issued more than 67,000 units of shares.
A total of 67,350 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The applicant has 35 days to apply for the shares. The promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the company’s central office at Panauti, Kavrepalanchowk or share registrar Kumari Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for purchase from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, it will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
