Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, has provided support for the construction of a waiting area for parents at Shree Ja Jyoti Secondary School, Devchuli Municipality-15, Nawalparasi.
Surendra Bhandari, Narayangadh Area Chief of the Bank, handed over water dispensers, suggestion boxes, 20 chairs and white boards to Padam Raj Bhattarai, Chairman of Teachers Guardians Association. On behalf of the bank, Mayor Bhandari has also provided support for a well-managed, dignified and easy waiting area for parents, service recipients and people from the community.
Expressing gratitude to the bank for the support, Bhattarai expressed his confidence that the support will contribute to create a more conducive and systematic environment for parents, students, teachers and service seekers visiting the school. The program was attended by the bank’s staff, principals and teachers of Shree Jana Jyoti Secondary School.
The bank has stated that it will continue such programs in the coming days with the coordination and cooperation of the stakeholders.
