Kathmandu. NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has converted its promoter shares into the general public. The microfinance company has converted 9 percent of its promoter shares into the general public.
The company has converted 6,49,304.39 units of shares to the general public to change the structure of promoters and ordinary shares.
The promoter group now has 51 percent and the general public 49 percent.
Earlier, the promoter group held 60 percent stake in the company while the general public owned 40 percent.
