Kathmandu. The promoter shares of Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been converted into general public. 16 lakh units of promoter shares of the microfinance company have been converted into general public.
The company had converted 1,574,995.996 units of promoter shares to the general public to modify the share ownership structure of the promoters and the general public.
The promoter group now owns 51 percent and the general public owns 49 percent.
