Kathmandu. Employees of various banks have complained that they have not been promoted even after working day and night for 7-8 years. Bankers have objected to being stingy in promotions despite spending a large part of their lives working hard in the same bank.
Even those who are working in the bank after MBA have said that the bank has not given them work according to their studies and they feel that their qualification has been insulted.
They have complained that even though they have done MBA, they were given work in the trailer and were not promoted for years.
