Kathmandu. Self-employment Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has put its promoter shares up for sale. Issuing a notice, the microfinance company has put more than 17,000 units of promoter shares on sale from today.
The company has issued 17,337 units of shares in the name of promoter shareholders.
The company has put the shares up for purchase by the general public. Earlier, the shares were put up for sale to the existing promoter shareholders of the company, but they did not apply for the shares.
The interested investors can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. Applicants can submit a written application to the administration department located at the central office of the organization, Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchowk.
