Kathmandu. Progressive Finance Limited has put its promoter shares up for sale. The company has put up the shares in the name of the promoter shareholders.
The company had earlier opened the issue for the existing promoter shareholders and the shares were put up for sale to the general public after no applications were received from the existing promoter shareholders.
The general public who is interested in purchasing these shares can apply in writing to the Office of the Company Secretary within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
