Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up for sale of its promoter shares. The company has issued more than 68,000 units of shares.
A total of 68,128 units shares of the promoter group of the company are up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application can be submitted to the corporate office of the organization at Lokanthali, Bhaktapur. A 35-day deadline has been given for this.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened for other individuals and organizations.
