Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between Rastriya Banijya Bank and Employees Provident Fund. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed to manage the retirement fund of the bank’s employees.
Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank Devendra Raman Khanal and Officiating Administrator of Employees Provident Fund Jeevan Kumar Katuwal signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
As per the agreement, Employees Provident Fund will manage retirement fund including Employees Provident Fund of Rastriya Banijya Bank from now on. Currently, the bank has 2,955 employees.
Currently, Rastriya Banijya Bank has been providing banking services to more than 48 lakh customers through 316 branches in 77 districts of all seven provinces and remote areas.
The bank has been providing various digital banking services like loan, deposit, ATM, mobile banking etc.
