Rastriya Banijya Bank urges borrowers to postpone agitation till mid-July

Kathmandu. Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has urged the borrowers to suspend their agitation. Issuing a notice to the borrowers until the next meeting of the board of directors of the bank is announced, Rastriya Banijya Bank has urged the borrowers to postpone their protest until the next meeting of the bank’s board of directors.

} The notice reads, “During the Jansi agitation at the branch office of Yes Bank on September 11, 2082, the gold and gold ornaments kept as security for the loan were looted and damaged by you, the Board of Directors of the bank held a meeting dated 2082-10-28 disagreeing with the decision to compensate the customers of the damaged gold loan at the market value of the date of the incident. The bank management is sensitive. After the completion of the board of directors of the bank, the decision to be taken by the bank will be made available and all the programs conducted by you are requested to be postponed till the end of Ashad 2083 and provide necessary support. ‘
