Kathmandu. A contempt of court case has been filed against Suman Sharma, CEO of Prabhu Bank. A contempt of court case was filed against Ambir Babu Gurung at the Supreme Court on July 15.
After CEO Sharma ignored the court’s order, Gurung went to the Supreme Court with the case.
In the first appearance of the case, the case will not be heard. A division bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Nripa Dhwaj Niraula was hearing the case on Tuesday.
If found guilty in a contempt of court case, the accused can be fined cash and jailed. If convicted, he will lose his CEO’s post.
