Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Capital Limited has decided to distribute dividend to its shareholders. The company has decided to distribute 50 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2082-83.
Pursuant to the decision of the 174th meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 12, 2008, the 10th Annual General Meeting of Capital Capital Limited will be held on Friday, September 10, 2083.
The AGM will discuss and endorse the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082/83 and approval to distribute 50% cash dividend (including tax) as proposed by the Board of Directors.
The capital, which has been moving forward with the slogan ‘Now not in line, but online’ to make its services accessible and to the customers through the use of technology, has been able to make arrangements to provide most of the services provided by the capital through the end of the fiscal year 2082/083 BS online.
