. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said that its attention has been drawn towards the indictment filed against the Director and CEO of Nepal Investment Mega Bank at the Kathmandu District Court.

Also, discussions are underway to solicit necessary opinions and suggestions regarding the existing legal provisions. According to the NRB, the liquidity position of the bank and the indicators of financial strength are in a satisfactory position as per the set criteria.
The NRB has also clarified that there is no situation of any complication in the day-to-day operation of the bank.TAG_OPEN_p_10

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that it will adopt necessary measures regarding the Board of Directors, top management and operation of the bank as per the law.
