Kathmandu. Agents of Nepal Life Insurance have once again taken to the streets. A day after the exchange of kicks at the meeting of insurance agents, the company’s agents have been protesting demanding the resignation of the CEO. They are shouting slogans like ‘Resign the useless CEO’.
It is reported that the insurance agents of the company were taken into custody by the police only on Wednesday.
The police took the insurance agents under control after the police were called to the insurance agent meeting saying that the company itself should come and arrest our agents. The company had called the police after the agents raised slogans accusing the CEO of taking a discriminatory policy and misbehaving to the limit.
Since then, those who went to receive the award have returned after being kicked. The agents who went to receive the award at the insurance agent meeting of Nepal Life Insurance and other agents of the company started shouting slogans.
The company has been embroiled in various controversies in recent times and recently the company has also been involved in the action of the Regulatory Insurance Authority.
