Kathmandu. Amit Kumar, who is also the acting CEO of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, has been found signing documents without even checking his name. On the one hand, it has questioned the legitimacy of the document, and on the other hand, it has shown how irresponsible he is in the company.
The company sent a letter to Nepse on August 28, 2083 When he signed as the acting CEO, his full name is Amit Kumar Kayal. His surname is mentioned on the last page of the same document. That is, his full name is different on different pages of the same document submitted to NEPSE on the same day.
According to NEPSE officials, this may also raise legal questions. On the other hand, NEPSE officials argue that being a company that is responsible for signing without even looking at its own name is another serious issue.
