20th Annual General Meeting of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank

Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has called for its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 14, 2083.

The AGM will be held at Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar Road, Kathmandu.

As per the proposal of the AGM, the shareholders of the bank will be paid 9 percent cash dividend from the accumulated profit of FY 2082/83 approved by Nepal Rastra Bank for the period from the date of allotment of preference shares to the period up to Ashad end 2083 BS.

The bank has also proposed to approve the financial statements related to the annual financial statement, balance sheet, profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2082/83 along with the auditor’s report.

The bank, which had distributed 15.7895% dividend including bonus shares and cash dividend last year, has decided to close the book on September 3, 2083 for the purpose of dividend and AGM.

Therefore, only the shareholders who have remained in the bank as on 17th Bhadra 2083 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
