Muktinath Bikas Bank donates Rs. 50 lakh to Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund

Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank has contributed to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. The bank has contributed Rs 50 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund.

The bank has provided this assistance to the flood affected people in view of the impact of the severe floods in Bhotekoshi on August 23 in Timure, Syafrubesi, Betrawati, Trishuli, Devighat and other places. The entire bank family has been saddened by the loss of life and property due to the floods in the area and the floods have directly and indirectly affected the people of the country and abroad.

Heartfelt condolences to all the dignitaries who lost their lives in this hour of calamity. At the same time, I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved family.

With an aim to support the relief, rescue and rehabilitation of the people affected by the devastating floods brought by nature, the bank has contributed Rs. 50 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. It has provided Rs. 50 lakhs.

It is also the social responsibility of the bank to support the relief and rescue work of the affected families in this difficult situation where floods have caused loss of life and property in different parts of the country and a large number of citizens have been affected.

Expressing solidarity with the affected people at this hour of disaster, the bank believes that the assistance provided will contribute to the relief and rescue operations to some extent.
