Even after the regulator Nepal Insurance Authority issued a notice warning that insurance cannot be sold by misleading publicity, the insurance agents of Nepal Life Insurance have continued to mislead the publicity by ignoring the directive. It has been found that the agents are ‘misselling’ by spreading misleading advertisements on social media like Facebook and Tiktok.
} Ignoring the instructions of the authority, the agents of Nepal Life have been found to be spreading propaganda that they will get double the amount of money while investing in insurance. Apart from this, it has been found that misinformation is spread by saying that the insurance premium amount is discounted, the fruit will be more than the interest on fixed deposits, or such fruits are guaranteed. The Insurance Authority of Nepal has banned the insurance by using such words, or by making such publicity.
One of the agents of Nepal Life Insurance has accused Nepal Life Insurance of cheating in the name of insurance, while another agent has violated the directive of NEA in the name of defending it.

The Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) has once again warned that it will take action against those who make false and misleading publicity against the directives of the Authority. The Authority has already issued both written and verbal warnings to the insurance companies. But despite all this, the agents of Nepal Life have not stopped ‘misselling’ the insurance by spreading misinformation.
Problem aside, blame the media!
Now the agents of Nepal Life are clearly standing on two streams. On the one hand, the agents are exposing the company saying that the mischief of Nepal Life has crossed the limit in the name of insurance, while on the other hand, the insurance agents are publicizing that they should not be in defense of Nepal Life. Even the agents of Nepal Life Insurance are doing the work of abusing others, speaking lewdly, and showing rude behavior by forming a group.
Instead of reconciling its agents, the company is trying to get away with blaming the media that writes news about it. So much so that the insurance agent has even been found to be spreading false propaganda by creating a fake ID of his own company.
