Agriculture Development Bank donates food items worth Rs 10 lakh to flood-affected families

Kathmandu. Agriculture Development Bank Limited has provided additional assistance to the families affected by the floods. The bank has provided food items worth Rs 10 lakh to the families affected by the floods.

The bank handed over rice, lentils, oil, salt, biscuits, beaten rice, dalmoth, noodles, lentils, chickpeas, roasted peas and drinking water to the government’s official relief center.

Earlier, the bank said it had already donated Rs 30 million to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund (PMKRF) for the relief and rescue of the people affected by floods and natural disasters.

The bank had provided financial assistance of Rs 30 million to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund for the relief, rescue and rehabilitation of the people affected by the recent devastating floods. Expressing grief over the loss of life and material due to the devastating floods, the Agriculture Development Bank has paid tribute to all the people who lost their lives.

The bank has also expressed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family members.
