Kathmandu. NMB Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced a dividend for the financial year 2082-83.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year.
The bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 1,34,99,52,888 to its current paid-up capital.
The bank has also decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 122,54,794.52 to the preference shareholders.
After the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank, the said dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
