Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has put promoter shares on sale. Laghubitta has put 60,000 units of promoter shares on sale.
The microfinance company is going to sell 60,000 units of promoter shares in the name of founder shareholder Sanjay Kumar Shrestha. The microfinance company has brought the sale of shares so that only the existing promoter shareholders can buy the shares.
If the company does not receive any written information regarding the purchase of shares from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the process of sale of the shares to another person or institution will proceed as per the prevailing laws.
