Kathmandu. Citizens Bank has put its promoter shares up for sale. The bank has issued more than 1,86,000 units of promoter shares.
A total of 1,86,565.13 units shares of promoter group of the bank are being put up for sale. Eligible general public and institutions can apply for the purchase of these shares as per the prevailing laws.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100. When applying for the purchase of shares, you will have to bid for the minimum price or more. The deadline to apply for the shares is 35 days.
Applications can be submitted to the bank’s central office located at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu within this period.
