Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank Limited has received two ISO certifications. The bank has been accredited with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 certifications for providing quality banking services and ISO 27001:2022 certifications for quality information security management.
With this, Garima Bikas Bank has joined the list of limited institutions to receive two ISO certifications simultaneously. Mr. Roshan Shrestha, Lead Auditor of Intercert, handed over the certificates to Mr. Madhav Prasad Upadhyaya, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bikas Bank.
Speaking at the program, Chief Executive Officer of Garima Bikas Bank said that the bank would move ahead more effectively in terms of quality banking service delivery and security of information technology.
Garima Bikas Bank has set new benchmarks in the banking sector of Nepal providing simple, secure and reliable digital and physical banking services to a large number of 9 lakh customers through 126 branches across the country.
