Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has launched three new digital banking services at once. KATHMANDU: The bank has launched three new digital banking services for the current fiscal year 2083/84.
KATHMANDU: The bank has launched ‘Garima Prepaid Dollar Card’, ‘Garima POS Terminal’ and ‘Garima Interbank QR Teller’ with an aim to provide easy, secure and modern services to its customers.
According to the bank, the Garima Prepaid Dollar Card can be used to make online payments in US Dollars securely on international websites, mobile apps and e-commerce platforms within the limits specified by Nepal Rastra Bank. The bank believes that this will make it easier for customers who want to pay for digital services and goods available abroad online.
Similarly, the Garima POS terminal service will enable merchants and merchants to receive secure, fast and reliable digital payments from debit, credit and prepaid cards. According to the bank, this service will help to make the business transactions more systematic and effective by promoting cashless transactions.
The bank’s ‘Garima Interbank QR Teller service’ will enable customers of any bank and financial institution connected to the FonePay network to scan the QR from their mobile app and receive cash easily from any branch of the Bank.
The bank, which has been prioritizing digital transformation, has pledged to continue to expand its services based on new technology in the coming days as well. According to the bank, the digital ecosystem will be further strengthened with the objective of providing safe, simple, fast and quality banking services to the customers.
The bank has been providing its services through 126 branches and 51 ATMs across the country as well as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022. The bank has been providing banking services to its customers through its innovative digital channels.
