Kathmandu. Sindhu Bikas Bank’s Financial Literacy and Educational Materials Distribution Program has been completed. The Melamchi branch has successfully conducted financial literacy programme and educational and sports materials distribution programme at Thangpal Valley Secondary School under the social responsibility programme.
More than 100 students from the school participated in the program. The students were imparted information on the importance of savings, digital banking, financial discipline and banking services.
Necessary educational materials and sports materials were also handed over to the school. The program was attended by Acting CEO Ganesh Kumar KC, Assistant CEO Pramod Neupane, Marketing Department Bhuwan Niraula and Melamchi branch chief Sitaram Dulal.
At the conclusion of the program, the Principal of the school, Raju Tamang, expressed his sincere thanks to Sindhu Bikas Bank for conducting such meaningful programs that will help in building the future of the students. According to the bank, the program conducted under its CSR will help to raise financial awareness among students and further support the educational climate.
