Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited has issued 2,58,209 units of promoter shares owned by various promoter shareholders. The promoter shares of the bank are up for sale from today.
Only existing promoter shareholders can apply for the shares. The interested shareholders can apply to the post through the prescribed format within 35 days from the date of publication of advertisement at Kumari Capital Limited or at the bank’s central office located at Tangal.
The sale price of the shares will be as determined by the concerned issuer shareholders. According to the bank, if the purchase application is not received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the process of selling the shares to a person or organization outside the promoter shareholders will be forwarded as per the prevailing provision.
Earlier, the bank had been issuing a notice for the sale of promoter shares held in the name of various promoter shareholders. While transferring the ownership of promoter shares, the existing provisions of the banks and regulatory bodies have to be followed.
