Kathmandu. The newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has taken oath of office and secrecy. Nepal Bhusan Shrestha has been appointed as the chairman of the microfinance company.
Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank Ramu Poudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Shrestha at a function held at the central bank on Monday.
The 194th board meeting of the company held under the chairmanship of senior director Gyanu Krishna Adhikari unanimously elected Nepal Bhusan Shrestha (representative of Prime Commercial Bank) as the Chairman of the bank.
