Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank Limited has put its promoter shares up for sale. The bank is issuing 4,69,122 units of promoter shares owned by its promoter shareholders.
The bank has started the process of selling the shares from today. Out of the total offered shares, 1,57,479 units of shares can be purchased by the existing promoter shareholders of the bank. The promoter shareholders should apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Similarly, the remaining 3,11,643 units of promoter shares can be purchased by the general public. The general public should apply for the post within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If the promoter shareholders do not receive sufficient applications within the stipulated period, the bank will initiate the process of selling the remaining shares to other individuals and organizations. The promoter shareholders and general public interested in purchasing the shares should submit a written application to the office of the Company Secretary at the central office of the bank, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The bank has urged the investors interested in purchasing promoter shares to apply within the stipulated time.
