Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company has announced the dividend for the financial year 2082-83.
The AGM has decided to distribute 10% dividend of Rs 13,23,58,53.75 to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year.
The microfinance company has decided to issue bonus shares worth Rs 1,25,74,15.11 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 6,61,790.27 (up 0.5 per cent) for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
