Suman Sharma, an employee of the bank, secretly arrested for 12 days, reached the media, and escaped!

Kathmandu. The bank’s attempt to limit the issue of arrest warrant issued against Prabhu Bank CEO Suman Sharma to the bank has failed. The case came to light after a CA close to the complainant himself reached the media with this case.

Initially, only the bank knew about this case. Even the CEO of the bank did not appear before the police saying that he would arrange everything. However, a CA (chartered accountant) close to Jaherwala went to a media person close to him and informed him that an arrest warrant had been issued against the CEO of Prabhu Bank. After this, the media person asked the bank. The information officer of the bank, Rabindra Dhakal, said that he had received a call from the media person and that he would not hide the matter after the news came, after which the CEO Sharma was ready to leave Kathmandu and go to Parsa.

The criminal case against Sharma was registered on September 1 and the court allowed his arrest on September 18. But he was involved in the work of the bank for some time and later went to Parsa on forced leave.

Even after the arrest warrant has been issued, the practice of lying that she is on leave is not new in Prabhu Bank. Earlier, Rashmi Pant had also escaped after taking leave. She was later arrested. She is now out on bail.
